Equipment & Resource FAQ / Troubleshooting
List any common questions and solutions for the building conference rooms such as:

  • basic instructions / locations of hook up to the projector outlets, changing the monitor settings
  • Basic instructions for phone, or other resources (or just included with phone upon request?)
  • Basic WiFi trouble shooting – such as turning on and off, unplugging and plugging back in.

Additional Resources:

Each room differs in the setup available and the built in A/V equipment.  However, additional resources are available for reservation and must be specified in each reservation request. Some additional resources, such as paper flipcharts, may require a fee.  See “Service Request – Billing” in the Appendix for the current rates.
Upon availability, the following are available for tenant use in the building conference rooms:

  • Speakerphone  (no charge)

  • Long distance phone calls are not permitted.  Numbers must be local or toll free to dial out.  For in-coming calls, see the individual number list for each conference room.

  • Flipboard  (Easel w/ Paper)

  • Dry Erase Markers

  • Podium, with or without Microphone

  • Afterhours Heating and Cooling

  • Catering Services from the on-site Food Service Provider  (See current rates via the vendor’s website  www.xxxxxxxxxxx.com



 

Three (3) common area Conference Rooms are available in the Building for Tenant’s business use.  

The conference rooms are available for tenant use at no charge and are available based on a first come, first served basis.  Because of the frequency these rooms are utilized, there are policies and procedures in place, including but not limited to advance notice, restrictions on frequency and time limitations.  See the “Conference Room Rules and Regulations” located in the Appendix for current policies and guidelines.

Reserving a Conference Room

Conference rooms may be booked up to                          (days or months) in advance via the Property Direct website.  www.xxxxxxxx.com  To obtain a login and password for the feature, please call the Building Management office.  

Include Property Direct instructions or print screens??? (If so, very basic?)

Include a list of the required information to book a reservation, type of meeting, number of people, resources requested, etc.

Include details of each room here, and the built-in amenities available.  List any restrictions specific to the room.  If available, photos and layout drawings should be attached/inserted.




Conference Room “A”  ............................................... (xxx) xxx-xxx
This conference room is located                         . The room is contained                          tables and          chairs.  Standard setup is arranged            style, accommodating approximately      persons.   The room is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector, ceiling mounted presentation screen, wireless or LAN internet connection, and two large white boards.  



Conference Room “B”                                                          (xxx) xxx-xxx

This conference room is located                         . The room is contained                          tables and          chairs.  Standard setup is arranged            style, accommodating approximately      persons.   The room is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector, ceiling mounted presentation screen, wireless or LAN internet connection, and one white board.  



Conference Room “C”                                                          (xxx) xxx-xxx

This conference room is a smaller, “casual” meeting space for approximately 4 to 8 persons. The room is contains one round table seating up to four (4) people, and “casual” arm chair seating for an additional four (4) persons. NOTE: This room does NOT have a ceiling mounted projector or screen, or internet access.   A wall mounted           inch television is available and has a           hookup that functions similarly to a projection screen hookup. Other amenities may be available upon request, see list under “Additional Resources”.
