For your convenience, an online work order system, 360 Facility, is in place for service requests. This system is used to submit routine maintenance requests directly to the engineering, management and janitorial departments; to track the status of previously submitted requests; to download important documents; and to communicate with the building management office.
Once you have logged into the system, you will be presented with two options:
Access to the system is limited to a small number of contacts for each Tenant to reduce duplications, errors, and confusion. If you do not have access to this portal, check with your company's office manager, area administrative assistant, or supervisor for more details and to report a request.
